Website Enquiry Privacy Notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is operated for Mianyang Fubang Electronic Control Equipment Co., Ltd., Mianyang, China (FUBANG). FUBANG uses information submitted through the website to handle equipment enquiries, documentation requests and distributor or partner applications.
During the initial operating period, FUBANG's authorised website operations provider handles enquiry review, screening and follow-up on its behalf. Responsibility will be transferred to personnel designated by FUBANG, with access restricted to people authorised for these purposes. Technical maintainers may access information when necessary to support and secure the service.
For a privacy question, or a request concerning information you have submitted, contact 17388388028@163.com. Include your enquiry reference if available. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
Information you provide
An equipment enquiry asks for your name, an email address or telephone / WhatsApp number, and your requirement. You can also provide your company, country or region, product or model, application and technical selection information. A complete engineering specification is not required for an initial enquiry.
A distributor or partner application additionally asks for your company, country or region, business type and product interests. You may provide a company website, current products, customer industries and further information about potential cooperation. An application does not appoint you as an authorised distributor.
File uploads are not available. Technical drawings or specifications may be provided through an agreed email channel after initial contact. Please do not enter passwords, payment information, identity documents, private customer lists or personal information unrelated to your request.
Information recorded by the service
The service records the submission time, form page, product, model or category context, related product landing page, language, first landing page and available referring website or campaign labels. These details help us identify your requirement and where the enquiry originated.
To reduce abusive or duplicate submissions, the enquiry service also records a keyed hash derived from your network address, limited browser information and technical submission identifiers. The application does not save your raw network address in the enquiry record. Cloudflare also processes network and security information when delivering and protecting the website.
A saved submission receives a unique reference. Processing and notification status are kept with the record. A saved enquiry is not a quotation, an order acceptance or confirmation that a person has already reviewed it.
Purpose, storage and access
We use the information to review and respond to your request, discuss suitable equipment and supply scope, provide requested documents, assess potential cooperation, and operate and protect the enquiry service. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Access is restricted to authorised operators and technical maintainers through authenticated service-provider tools; enquiry records are not published on the website. Controlled exports may be used for follow-up or the handover to FUBANG's designated personnel.
When available, email notifications may contain your contact details, requirement and product context. The designated business mailbox is provided by NetEase (163 Mail). Saving a submission is separate from delivering a notification: a notification failure does not remove the saved enquiry, and authorised operators can review the database directly. A reference number confirms saving, not email delivery.
Cloudflare provides website delivery, form processing, database storage and the configured notification transport. Its infrastructure can process information internationally. Information handled by FUBANG or received in the designated mailbox may be processed in China and outside your country. We do not claim that processing is confined to one country.
Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by an applicable legal obligation, a documented dispute or a properly authorised legal request.
Browser storage and analytics
The forms use this browser tab's session storage to preserve form text and retry information. A draft can be restored for up to two hours on the same form page and is cleared after a confirmed submission. Browser session-restoration settings may preserve a tab's storage; use your browser controls to clear it on a shared device.
The tab also stores limited first-visit information and the confirmation information used to show your enquiry reference. Confirmation retrieval is limited to 24 hours after submission; this does not delete the saved enquiry.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on the website. Its performance beacon measures page loading and usage, including page paths, referring pages, browser and device information, and country-level statistics. These measurements help assess website performance; they are separate from the enquiry database and are not a form submission or marketing subscription.
Google Analytics / GA4 and advertising analytics are not enabled in this release. Form submission does not create a marketing subscription.
Retention and deletion
Retention is assessed according to the purpose of each record. An active enquiry or application is retained while it is needed for review, follow-up and the related business discussion. When a matter is closed, authorised operators review whether continued retention is necessary. Records no longer needed for these purposes are deleted unless an applicable legal obligation, an ongoing business relationship or a documented dispute requires specific information to be retained.
Retention and deletion are handled manually; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Technical anti-abuse information, notification history and controlled exports are also subject to a necessity review. An export or mailbox copy is not exempt from deletion simply because it is outside the enquiry database. Information needed for an order or ongoing relationship may be kept as a separate controlled business record for that purpose.
Restricted provider recovery copies may remain available for the provider's recovery period. They are not used for routine follow-up. If a database is restored, previously approved deletions must be reapplied before the restored information is used or notifications resume.
Requests concerning your information
Contact 17388388028@163.com to ask about access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for proportionate information to identify the relevant record and prevent unauthorised disclosure. Requests are considered under the rules applicable to the request. If information must be retained for a continuing obligation or documented purpose, we will explain the reason. No unconfirmed response-time guarantee is made.
