Industrial Rectifier Power Supply
GZD converts three-phase AC to controlled DC for electroplating, anodising, electrolysis and heating processes. Select an operating voltage/current pair and the regulation mode required by the process.
DC Power for the Process
The thyristor-bridge supply supports constant-voltage or constant-current regulation, with open-loop or closed-loop control. Match the working point to the process load, including the range required during start-up and normal operation.

Voltage and current are paired for the selected design. The two series maxima do not mean that 1,000 V and 3,000 A can be supplied together. They must not be multiplied to claim a 3 MW standard product.
Regulation, Protection & Control
The supply includes soft start and overcurrent/overvoltage protection. Protection settings and the control arrangement are selected for the operating point and process duty.
Specify whether control is local or external and identify the signal needed by the process controller. Confirm signal range, polarity and isolation before interface design; a generic analogue-control range is not assumed.
Enclosure dimensions, cooling arrangement, wiring and applicable protection settings are confirmed in the technical proposal.
Selection Questions
Can any voltage be combined with any current in the listed ranges?
No. The ranges describe the series. The required voltage/current working point and process duty must be checked together.
Does GZD support constant-current operation?
Constant-current and constant-voltage regulation are listed. State which mode the process requires and whether an external control signal is needed.
